Motherhood is beautiful, wild, tender and sometimes overwhelming. This retreat is an invitation to step out of everyday routines and into a slower rhythm — together with your child.
For seven days, we will share the magic of Essaouira: the Atlantic ocean, wide beaches, Moroccan colours, flavours, music and culture.
Our days will be a mix of movement, surf, creative ateliers, horse riding, beach time and Moroccan experiences, always leaving plenty of space to simply be together.
Through playful movement and connection practices, we will explore the relationship between mama and child — through movement, touch, play, laughter and presence.
We will create together in artistic ateliers, discover Moroccan crafts and flavours, explore the medina, ride horses along the coast and meet the ocean through playful surf experiences.
